We are private individuals and are not involved in the real estate business. We are three friends from Poland who purchased this plot in Greece several years ago with a shared dream of building three homes where, one day, we could enjoy our retirement together.

One of us is an architect and designed the three houses, drawing inspiration from traditional ancient Greek architecture, particularly the concept of homes built around private courtyards. The design combines this distinctive Greek character with a contemporary and functional approach to architecture.

Together with a Greek architectural firm based in Katerini, we spent two years preparing the project and completing the necessary procedures. As a result, we obtained a building permit for the construction of all three houses.

Over time, the personal circumstances of one of us changed, and with them, so did our plans. We therefore decided that the best solution was to sell the property together with the completed project and building permit.

The buyer is therefore acquiring a property that is already prepared for development, without having to go through the lengthy process of preparing a project and obtaining a building permit in Greece from the beginning.

During the preparation of the investment, we also established a relationship with a construction company based in Katerini. Over the past several months, we have discussed the project with them in considerable detail, including its scope and potential construction process. This means that the new owner can benefit from the work and arrangements already made and, following the necessary formalities related to the change of ownership, move forward with the construction process without unnecessary delay.
